Different from other regular Opreators of Millerz Square, this Five-sense Opreator is not visible in ManaMana reception and Guests have to use WhatsApp to contact a hidden number and deposit RM 300(it says 30 on introduction web)on line to get the real room number and Key. Terriblely difficult to check in and extremely Not-recommended. Never gonna book this Provider again.

The location of this homestay is quite convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. There is free parking space available. The room was generally clean. The furniture is rather old. The ceiling spotlights were off. They also replaced it right away. The biggest problem is that you have to make a deposit online to get the room card, they don't accept cash. The front desk service attitude is poor. Ask them a few questions but they are unwilling to answer. After much trouble, I asked my friend to pay cash online before I could get the room key. You also need to fill out a deposit refund form when you check out. We have to wait for them to investigate the matter before returning the deposit. We have not received the deposit yet. If Trip.com wants to be an agent for homestays, it would be best if they can collect the deposit on our behalf. It would be more convenient for us to pay the deposit through Trip.com when booking a room. If you want to recommend homestays and hotels, it would be best if you could tell customers about the deposit collection procedure or collect the deposit on their behalf. The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.
