A wonderful hotel with a stylish, modern design! You can appreciate the attention to detail from the moment you enter the building. The entrance and lobby are beautifully designed, creating a great first impression. One of the lovely touches is the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby 24/7. The rooms are surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with high ceilings that make them feel even more open and comfortable. There is also plenty of cleverly designed storage space, which is quite rare in Japanese hotels. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. A special highlight is the open-air rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of Tokyo Skytree. The view is stunning both during the day and in the evening. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, yet the subway station is just a short walk away. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my stay. A beautiful, thoughtfully designed hotel that I would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Matress on the hard side. Good water pressure and hot water. Rooftop amazing. Location not ideal but well connected to trains and NRT airport. Calm neighbourhood.

Really great hotel. Nice style, located very close to transport links and with a distinct frontage that makes it very easy to find. The 24 hour snack counter is a god send. So easy and helpful especially for breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and there was a great selection of little additional things you may need down in the lobby. Also a rooftop area to enjoy!

Everything was good. Just most of the front counter staff was not friendly and helpful at all

Good location and easy to travel. It would be great if there was larger rooms available. Compact and cozy. Head to the roof top for the tower.

I really enjoyed my stay at ONE@Tokyo. The hotel has a cool, modern design, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location in Oshiage was very convenient for exploring Tokyo. One of my favorite things about the area was having some excellent local food literally within footsteps of the hotel. I enjoyed great sushi, Japanese BBQ and ramen without having to travel anywhere. Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage Station are also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. A great stay and an area I’d happily recommend.

Great hotel with great value. There are even washing machines and dryers usable with japanese coins! Tea and coffee is free as well as certain bread, orange juice and so on. Great value and the location near Sky Tree is best! Around 45 min to Shibuya e.g. and 1 hour 20 with the normal Keisei line to Narita. The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is Tokyo. Great supermarket at Sky Tree open till late and you designated Family Market around the corner. I wanted to go here since they've opened and it now completely saved my trip. Cause I've figured out I don't like Tokyo. But that's a different story... Highly recommend staying here!

Always my go to hotel whenever i am in Tokyo. Comfy stay for a solo female traveller. Daily cleaning is great too! (Plus point when their cleaning staff is friendly and nice!:)) It may be slightly further away from the city spot like Shibuya and Shinjuku but it does its job in a good way! Skytree is just less than 10mins walk away and the view is perfect at the rooftop on a good weather day! Limited space in the room but i don’t see any issues if you are travelling alone! I have no trouble opening one 30inch trunk luggage and one cabin luggage fully. :)
