Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

The private pool villa was truly excellent and very clean. We had a great swim, the environment was lovely, and it wasn't noisy at night. The scenery was beautiful, and it's not too far from the beach, which is a big plus.

The lobby is smaller compared to other hotels, and the room facilities are dated. I hope they invest some money in improvements. Breakfast was just average. I'd like to commend the housekeeping staff; they took off their shoes while cleaning.

They proactively helped with luggage. The lobby was sweltering. The Chinese restaurant had great food and service, and the prices were reasonable, so there's no need to eat out. However, during the summer, check-in took two to three hours of queuing, which was very inconvenient, and the hot lobby was unbearable. The swimming pool was large and clean.

Upon checking in, the manager, realizing it was our first visit, upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also had a spa massage and ordered room service to watch the World Cup final that evening. The service was excellent throughout, making for a truly enjoyable vacation. The next day, we tried the hotel's photography service. The makeup artist did an amazing job, and the photographer was fantastic at creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere, resulting in some beautiful shots. It was a great photography experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The environment is pretty good, and the lobby and pool look quite comfortable. The service is also decent. However, you'll easily spot geckos on the first floor, and the room facilities are a bit dated, with only one power outlet next to the bed. On the bright side, the hotel's photography for guests looks really nice.

The hotel is indeed a bit old, but it's still perfectly functional. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is quick and efficient. The room service staff are very thoughtful, leaving handwritten cards and folding cute little elephants. A big thank you to Qin Guiyun, Sun Youhui, the front desk sister, and the shuttle bus driver. As many have said, the excellent service truly makes up for any minor shortcomings.

We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water. The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

The room was spacious, and there was a huge swimming pool that the kids absolutely loved. On our first day, my child accidentally got their hand caught in a door, but the room manager, Max, and the hotel's emergency response team were excellent. They immediately sent ice and disinfectants. The room itself was clean and tidy, with no strange odors, and the shuttle service was always available on call. I felt very reassured during our stay.

First time staying here, and it exceeded my expectations! Had a fantastic experience. It's perfect for families who love spending time in the pool. Compared to other noisy family hotels, I much prefer this one – it's quiet, comfortable, clean, and stylish.
