Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort

The room was spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. The private pool offered incredible freedom, making it perfect for introverts. Andy, our butler, was incredibly kind and attentive, providing excellent service. Cleaning and pool services were super prompt, and the room was always impeccably clean. The cleaning staff were also very responsible and thorough. If I come back to Hainan, I'll definitely choose Pullman again. Highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with the room; each is a private villa with its own pool, offering great privacy and a rich Southeast Asian vibe. Getting around was easy – a quick call and the shuttle bus was there, and the beach wasn't too far either. The cleaning staff and the pool attendant were very dedicated. When I wasn't feeling well and couldn't eat the seafood buffet included in the package, the front desk lady was very helpful and arranged for a Chinese set meal instead. 👍

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful. They added us on WeChat a day in advance, upgraded our room for free, and even surprised us with a cake a few days before my birthday. The complimentary travel photoshoot also turned out beautifully!

Achieved 'private pool freedom' in Yalong Bay, and the Thai-style villa was absolutely stunning! Coming to Sanya, staying in a villa is a must! This time, I stayed in the Pullman's Thai-style Deluxe Pool Villa, and it completely exceeded my expectations! 🏡Ambiance: As soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the massive private pool. It's a truly private, standalone space, surrounded by lush greenery, giving off a strong Southeast Asian resort vibe. It's fantastic for photos! Getting to the beach requires walking through the Marriott's side for a few hundred meters. The water in Yalong Bay is truly crystal clear. 🏊♂️Facilities: The villa space is very generous, and the wet/dry separation is excellent. The bathtub is right by the window, so you can enjoy the view while bathing. The private pool water was very clean, and it was incredibly comfortable to play in the water this season. I spent a whole day in the water and didn't want to get out. 🍽️Dining & Service: The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good. The butler service was very thoughtful; any issues during my stay were responded to quickly, and they even helped arrange buggy transfers. 🌟Summary: Although I booked using a voucher, the service was absolutely not compromised. If you're looking for a quiet, private getaway where you can fully enjoy swimming, Pullman Yalong Bay is definitely the top choice. The experience was absolutely perfect!

The facilities are old, especially the air conditioning, which is very noisy. Light sleepers will find their sleep affected. The private pool in the villa sounds nice, but the water isn't clean due to all the open-air debris. The only good thing about staying in the villa is the privacy. Other aspects of the experience were not great, and the price doesn't match the quality.

The hotel's butler service is incredibly professional with one-on-one assistance. They also offer a travel photography service called 'Rice Field Photography,' and the photographers are super skilled with excellent service. Highly recommend!

Hygiene: Very clean, and the pool was also well-maintained. Environment: The villa area is huge with lots of plants and trees. The restaurant is lakeside, so you can dine by the lake. Occasionally, there were flying insects and geckos in the room, which is normal for Hainan. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and the butler was quick to respond. Since the villa area is so large, you can call for a buggy anytime. Facilities: The pool is large and very comfortable. The doors, windows, tables, and chairs are a bit old but still perfectly functional. The air conditioning works great, although it's a bit noisy.

The room was very clean, and the customer service even provided complimentary coconuts and a travel photoshoot. The pool was pristine and cleaned daily. The service was incredibly warm and attentive. We also enjoyed the hotel's buffet, which was excellent. The animal-shaped towel art was a delightful touch! The hotel's own slide and floating boards were a lot of fun. We'll definitely be back next time!
