Huge room for Tokyo at a great price. The area is older with tons of historic Japanese food. Very local, close to JR Yamanote line Kamata station and a 15 min walk to Keikyu line one stop to Haneda airport.

Overall service was okay but I think the management should be more flexible on check in (too late - 3pm) and check out (10am!) timings. I do understand that check in timing for hotels in Japan are usually quite late 3/4pm but check out timing seems like a little too early for people with young children and hotel is not flexible for late check out (have to pay ¥1000yen every 30mins).

Location and reservation staff are top notch.
Very near to JR station and surrounding with stores and restaurants.
However, I was not expecting the housekeeper would steal anything in my baggage.
But i was happened- my newly shirt was stolen from the second day of room makeup request. Which is the shirt I planned to wear but I changed my mind- then I put it back in the luggage.
Very lucky that I put mirrorless camera in the safe box on that day.
After I noticed that my shirt was stolen, I put the code on every luggages.
So, the last morning before we check out on the next day we didnt request to makeup the room.
I would recommende anyone to stay there but with caution to secure their belongings.

The location is excellent for Haneda airport. Hotel is located close to train station as well. Shopping and food options are also very good.
Staff are responsive and responsible. Forgotten items are given to reception in case you returned for them.
