Holiday Inn JOHOR BAHRU CITY CENTRE by IHG

Location surrounded by mall although not big and still there's part of renovation. But it's good bargain for place

Great staycation, bed is clean, amenities are good can get extra four bottles of water each room. Breakfast highlight is the prata, Chee Cheong fun, self service juice station, croissants, eggs. The weekends I stayed is not very crowded

The housekeeping service was quite fast when I requested for additional towel and bottled water. The staff came with the items within half an hour. The only down side was the kettle provided was dirty and I had to request for a change. Otherwise overall the hotel provided good amenities. Location was also close to CIQ. Convenient to move around to other malls or food and beverage outlets within the area.

Facilities were amazing - gym was clean. I was lucky enough to be able to check in early as the room was ready at around 12pm. Thank you to the frontline staff for being so efficient and allowing us store our luggages too.

Very strategic location, walk distance to JB ICQ, Komtar and City Square. Breakfast is good and with many varieties

Very near to shopping centres & restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed. Varieties spread of breakfast.

Stayed 1 night. Glad amenities like toothbrush were provided since I have forgotten to bring😅 Clean and big room with full bathroom amenities provided and complentary bottles water upon check in. Polite and helpful staffs from the reception team to the morning breakfast team. Easy access to 2 shopping mall and getting a grab location is also easy.

The car parking area is difficult to access. First-timers might get lost. Nice room and breakfast.
