Facilities: The room was spacious and fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, iron, safe, and other amenities. Cleanliness: The room was very clean upon check-in. My stay of three days wasn't long, so the lack of cleaning was not a problem. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to Airlie Wharf, with a bus stop nearby and a 10-minute walk to the town's main street. However, on summer nights, the sounds of various insects and birds might disturb sleep for those who have trouble sleeping. Service: Although it's not a 24-hour front desk, the staff were very responsive when available. They patiently answered my questions, especially since my English isn't very good. I was very grateful.

The room was spacious and bright, and the hotel offered a simple Western breakfast. The sea view was a plus. It was within walking distance to the main street for restaurants and supermarkets, so overall it was quite convenient. The facilities were just those of a typical motel.

The house was simple and clean, with a balcony facing the sea, but no elevator. There was a road right downstairs, but it wasn't noisy enough to sleep. The hotel had its own restaurant, offering a simple breakfast of bread and milk. Choosing a hotel in the Whitsunday Islands is an important task! Because there are so many 45-degree slopes, this one wasn't on a slope.

It's great. You can wash and dry your clothes by yourself, and you can also cook. It's very good.

It is very close to the pier and a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and town center. It is quite convenient. Except for the old facilities in the room, everything else is great.

Very nice pull facility, great view, staff very nice and helpful

Everything is good, just a little far from the supermarket. But it is very close to the ferry and it is convenient to take a boat to the Whitsunday Islands. The ferry is right opposite the hotel, but the road is quite winding. The distance of 300-400 meters actually requires a detour of 800 meters.
