Great customer service front she team… will stay again next time if I am back in Brunei.

The reception lady was lovely and professional. She verified all the required details promptly and, shared some useful information within the hotel and nearby attractions. The room is pretty standard, comes with the necessary in-room amenities and the air-conditioning was NICE. The environment was pretty neat, no loud noises from the street nor from the air-conditioning. Location of the hotel is ideal. It is near some of the main attractions, while furtherest is about a 15 minutes car ride. Breakfast buffet (at an additional fee) is alright, mainly international cuisine. Tried their in-house restaurant and in-room dining. Food was delicious and affordable. All of the staffs I have came across and interacted were extremely friendly and positive. Nothing much to be picky for this hotel.

Good hotel Centrally located in city and near by tourist places. Airport is just 15 minutes away. Food options are good but expensive than others . Shuttle service for some tourists places. Recommended for Buisness travelers and events

Overall it was a decent, comfortable stay but nothing particularly memorable or outstanding. The rooms are reasonably spacious as the location is convenient enough for getting around as we had a car. The staff were polite throughout the stay and check-in was smooth. While we didn’t try the buffet breakfast, we did order from the à la carte menu instead. The food was decent, though fairly standard and not particularly memorable. Not a bad stay overall.

The amenity in the hotel seems quite old, but it’s clean at least. The staff and security in the lobby is super helpful, which helps us to book the rainforest tour
