My first cruise experience was with them, and after a long search, I'm glad I chose them. I want to thank them.
The buffet was fantastic; you can eat comfortably knowing it's all halal, and the dishes are delicious, especially dinner – simply amazing!
They offer one-way transfers for $20.
I chose a room on the upper floor for the bathtub :)

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.

Cruise was beautiful especially with the upgrade to Royal Suite. Staff were incredible and had a very very good massage. Food options were poor though and definitely not to my taste. Drinks were expensive. Might be good to take snacks on board with you. Excursions were good but a lot of hiking and very busy.

The service , and food are excellent. The property decor is a bit old and outdated. The bathroom in the Royal suite is not convenient, as the shower area has no drainage , and this make the whole are wet.
