My first cruise experience was with them, and after a long search, I'm glad I chose them. I want to thank them. The buffet was fantastic; you can eat comfortably knowing it's all halal, and the dishes are delicious, especially dinner – simply amazing! They offer one-way transfers for $20. I chose a room on the upper floor for the bathtub :)

The staff were fantastic especially Mary. The cruise was clean, had a spa service (by appointment and limited availability), the room we had was lovely and spacious. It was not our original choice, we paid for an upgraded room. The fine dining experience was quite nice, food was great at that service

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.
