Room is small for a double room, but is normal in jap. No luggage storage as it only allowed same day storage which is inconvenient for those who coming back to stay after travelling to other places. No customer service as everything is done through kiosk. Drinks and public bath house is not bad. Location is far, around 15-20minutes walking distance from hakata station. If you’re carrying big luggages not recommended.

Pretty good. Check in with self check in kiosk was fast and smooth. Check out was the same just return the room cards. Hotel room was very clean and tidy.

I love this hotel because it’s not that far from Hakata station. I was traveling to far places from Fukuoka and most meetups will be in that station. My room was clean and they have an onsen as well. Overall experience was great and would stay here again

The room is quite small, really tiny. The hot spring pool is also small. The location is good, just a short walk to the station. The price is low. There's a bus stop right outside with buses to the station. For those on a tight budget, it might still be a decent option.

The room was tiny. I booked a superior twin room with an open-air bath, only to find the sleeping area and the bathing area were almost the same size... The balcony was right next to the road, so the open-air bath was incredibly noisy. Closing my eyes, I felt an unsettling sense of bathing in the middle of a busy street (which, in fact, was only separated by a shabby wicker screen). All in all, it was just a generic business hotel with no character.
