We had a wonderful stay at Mai House Saigon while celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, comfortable and very welcoming. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; the spread was excellent, with a great variety of choices and a lovely way to start each morning. What made our stay especially memorable was the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The beautiful rose-petal arrangement on the bed and the handwritten note were such lovely touches. It was completely unexpected and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We really appreciated the effort the team put into making our anniversary stay a little more special. It’s these thoughtful details that turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Mai House Saigon, for the warm hospitality. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I stayed for two nights and had a very satisfying experience. The room was very clean, and having a bathtub allowed me to fully relax and unwind every day. The hotel is truly beautiful! Its location is very close to the Independence Palace, and it's also a pleasant walk to some of the central urban areas. There's a roof bar where you can use daily vouchers, and the vouchers can also be used in the lobby downstairs. Plus, there's a convenient store just around the corner from the hotel entrance – super convenient! The staff are generally very polite. Overall, a good impression.
