Excellent location, very charming hotel. The room wasn't great with little light, but that ended up being an advantage given the heat. The rooftop pool was nice but tiny for a hotel with so many rooms.

We absolutely loved the hotel. It is a heritage hotel, but still so modern and nice. Sauna and indoor pool they also have.

The staff's hospitality was wonderful. We were on our honeymoon and had a lovely time. The hotel is right in front of a lively square, and it was easy to get to all the main tourist spots.

Slightly below expectation given the layout of rooms. Value for money is not great.

The hotel is located right on Plaza Mayor, and the room I booked had a view of the square. The room was excellent, and although it wasn't very big, the layout was well-designed and the quality was perfect. The restaurant served Spanish specialties, which were delicious and reasonably priced. The spa is a highlight of the hotel, and overall the service was warm and attentive. I was very satisfied!
