AMAROU Saigon

This hotel exceeded our expectations tenfold. It is brand new and the rooms are exceptionally clean and the design is beautiful. The service was outstanding, never have i stayed somewhere where the staff are so attentive and friendly. And the breakfast was also super varied (vietnamese food and typical western options as well). They had a laundry which was free and super convenient as we’re traveling for a month Loved it and would love to go back!

My first solo trip, and this hotel definitely delivered! Clean, new, and comfortable, with a complimentary room upgrade and fast check-in. Huge thanks to Kai, Lincy, Jennie, Dustin, Felix and Andrew at the front desk, Patrick from housekeeping for the adorable towel animals, and Moon from the bar team. From the handwritten birthday card and wishes to Moon checking in on me during teatime, these thoughtful gestures made my stay extra memorable. 🥹 Worth every penny! Would definitely stay again! ♥️

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience during my stay. Overall, everything at your hotel was excellent. I especially want to commend Ryan and Moon at the coffee bar. They is very talkative, friendly and engaging. It was such a pleasure chatting with him. His warm personality made my stay much more enjoyable. Please pass my appreciation on to Ryan and your whole team. I would love to come back again in the future. Sincerely, XD

Newly renovated hotel, Good location. Near to Vincom Mall, convience store, drinking places. Nearby Nat Ha metro station and city bus tour within short walking distance. All the staff from reception, breakfast area staff and housekeeping team were extremely exceptional.

Staffs remember my dietary preferences. The cup of drink as farewell gift is a sweet gesture

An Amazing Stay at Amarou I’m so glad I made the right choice booking Amarou for my trip. As a newly opened hotel, I was already impressed by the hospitality from before the day I checked in until the end of my stay. The hotel keeps in touch with guests through WhatsApp throughout the stay, which makes everything so convenient. Whenever we needed anything or had any requests, we could simply message them and they were always ready to help. ❤️ The room was clean, comfortable and well organised, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel also has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and I really appreciated the thoughtful details such as providing laundry detergent for guests. Another great touch was the complimentary beer and soft drinks replenished daily. 🍺🥤 And the breakfast… absolutely amazing and delicious! 😍 Every morning was something I looked forward to. What impressed me most was seeing how everyone worked so well together as a team. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care about providing the best hospitality and making sure guests have a great experience. Special thanks to the team: Cody – Thank you for helping us with our luggage up and down, and also for receiving our parcels and delivering them to our room every day. Smile and greet daily when we in/out hotel. Really appreciated it! Nora – Thank you for remembering what drink I like to have every day. Such a small detail, but it really made me feel welcomed and remembered. ❤️ Carl – Thank you for always making sure we had a great morning and for taking such good care of us whenever we came down for breakfast. Kudos to the whole Amarou team! 👏 A great hotel with an even greater group of people. The hospitality, teamwork and attention to detail really made our stay special. I would definitely stay at Amarou again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely warm hospitality. ❤️
