This newly opened hotel is right by the Qingming Bridge in the Grand Canal scenic area. The hotel corridors and public spaces brilliantly blend Renaissance flair with elements inspired by Wuxi's iconic Qingming Bridge and the Grand Canal. Stepping into the guest room area feels like gracefully navigating through the canal itself. Our hotel butler not only upgraded our room and provided extra amenities but also treated us to complimentary breakfast. Despite the sweltering heat outside, the impeccable service and thoughtful details within the hotel made our stay incredibly refreshing. The coolest touch? The hotel meal card doubles as a fridge magnet that you can take home as a souvenir!

Every staff member was incredibly warm and polite, greeting us every time we passed by. They really pay attention to the details. The hotel is very new and stylish, incorporating the concept of the ancient Grand Canal, making it truly dazzling. The room key is quite unique; you can even take it home as a fridge magnet. The back exit leads directly to Nanchang Street, making dining and sightseeing super convenient.

On summer vacation, my friends and I decided to take a trip to Wuxi. We saw an online ad for the newly opened Indigo Hotel and thought we'd give it a try, especially since it's close to the old town and includes a boat tour. I confirmed with the hotel beforehand and added Hailey, our butler, on WeChat. She arranged snacks and the boat tour for us. The service was excellent, and I'd love to bring my family here next time!

I booked this hotel, the Indigo Wuxi Taihu Ancient Town, for my family's weekend getaway, specifically choosing it for its location near Qingming Bridge. Overall, it was excellent, and my family was very happy and satisfied with their stay. The service and room facilities were great, and I especially want to thank our housekeepers, Tina & Hailey. They responded to messages promptly and were always available via WeChat, which was very convenient. The hotel has a courtyard-style design, very much like a Jiangnan garden, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The service was also fantastic, with quick responses to everything. It's a really great hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Nanchang Street ancient canal, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and the environment is excellent. The service is also top-notch; our housekeepers, Tina & Hailey, communicated with us in advance before check-in, and they arranged all the activities included in our package perfectly, even securing a private boat for our night cruise to the pier. They even went above and beyond by mailing back a charger we left behind, free of charge!

There's a small gate from the hotel that leads directly to the Ancient Grand Canal and Nanchan Street, which is ideal for an evening stroll, especially with the pleasant weather we had. The hotel itself feels like a traditional garden, with lots of greenery and fresh air. The amenities in the room are also excellent, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and a Balmuda speaker, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept really well. The staff were very welcoming and attentive; they'd greet us every time we came and went, and were happy to give directions to places we wanted to visit. Augus is really handsome! This will definitely be my top choice next time I'm in Wuxi.

The building's exterior is unique, with low-rise floors that deeply connect you with nature – waking up to the sound of bulbuls every morning was lovely. The interior design features bold, stylish color schemes and incorporates arched bridge structures. The room's bathroom and toilet are separate, with double sinks and a clear window view. The patterns and motifs beautifully combine Eastern and Western styles, feeling very modern and chic. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly for both nights. Breakfast was abundant and healthy! Plus, the room key is a cartoon version of Wuxi's city landscape, which you can take home as a souvenir magnet – a truly charming detail.
