The room was very spacious. I called ahead asking for a quiet room, and the hotel upgraded me for free to a room with a larger bed. With Christmas approaching, the Christmas tree in the lobby was a nice touch. The surrounding area is great, very close to West Lake, making it convenient to get anywhere. In the morning, I even saw an elderly man feeding squirrels by the lake, which was delightful.
