房間方方正正，各種設施齊全，放着東西非常方便，尤其是還有消毒櫃和，借用烘鞋器。樓下走十分鐘就能到西湖噴泉，地鐵站五六分鐘就能到，下樓左轉三分鐘就有公交站。到靈隱寺的專線和西湖環遊車公交站都在十分鐘之內。

房間就住了一晚有點倉促，前台服務很熱情周到，給安排升級了高層的房間，樓層房間很安靜 一晚上休息的也很好。 樓層上也有一些馬可波羅的元素 很有風格。
酒店位置很好的 出門打車都很方便，早餐吃的很好，品種豐富！
據説 18 樓有屋頂花園可以看看西湖，可惜這次行程不允許，下次有機會想來看看。

進酒店大廳就有很濃厚的香氛，非常獨特的味道！
一到大堂，前台服務員就熱情的禮貌的接待了我們，如沐春風的感覺！杭州酒店服務不錯。在就是安排的房間安靜舒適寬敞明亮，解決了我們的實際困難！
特色是酒店大堂有星巴克咖啡，有個小型的馬可波羅體驗管。3 樓有洗衣房也比較方便。

經常到杭州玩，找一家地段好點的酒店。起先還真的有點擔心房間會比較老舊。
到酒店大堂，前台服務熱情的招呼我，安排的房間 樓層 都還是很滿意！前台還耐心的介紹了周邊環境美食餐飲，購物都比較方便。對我們非常友好 幫助了許多事情。
房間的格局四星酒店風格 中規中矩的，房間真的很乾凈也沒有異味的問題。 直飲水 智能馬桶 消毒櫃一應俱全！這樣的房間住得很安心，晚上累了回酒店還可以泡個舒舒服服的熱水澡吧！

在杭州入住一晚，酒店不是時髦的酒店也有些年頭了，但是裝修用料不錯，很多是大理石耐用耐新，安排在 15 樓房間還可以。
退房時和前台反應了衞生間洗浴的一些問題，出水量有點小。前台服務員第一時間做了迴應。並且詳細詢問了具體情況原因。對於酒店的服務還是較為滿意的！同時回覆會及時對設備做好改進更換。作為住客也表示理解
周邊環境是不錯的，去西湖噴泉很近，無論是美食還是逛街銀泰都非常不錯的選擇。
