Duplex room, exquisitely designed with a chic vibe. The window overlooks Edinburgh's main shopping street. The room includes a sofa, dining table, washing machine, dryer, and a full kitchen setup. Downstairs is a popular coffee shop.

We stayed here in winter. Everything was excellent. It's centrally located but a little bit away from grocery stores. The room was clean, newly renovated, and had everything we needed, including dishwasher and washing machine tablets, kitchen essentials, dishes, and more. There was even a white noise machine and other thoughtful touches that truly made it feel almost like home. They brought us an extra heater, and it became very warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful; you could ask any questions in the chat for quick communication with reception. As for tiny downsides, there was no view and very little natural light. It was impossible to be in the room during the day without turning on a light, as the windows faced a small inner courtyard, like a 'well.' However, in winter, this actually protected us from the wind, so it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is fantastic! It's so convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. The room is also very spacious and well-equipped.
