Why did they give us a room on the 14th floor? For our entire 3-day stay, we were the only Chinese guests, and the room was so small we couldn't even open our luggage. The service wasn't as warm as the Holiday Inn Tokyo. Even though I'm an IHG member, they didn't register my membership when I showed my card, nor did they tell us there was a coffee machine on the 3rd floor. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was chaotic. We had to pay the departure tax on the day we checked in. The navigation for Honmachi Station exits was completely inaccurate; we ended up coming out of Exit 9, which made us walk around Shinsaibashi market. My Apple navigation also stopped working on the day we arrived, so I had to walk from the hotel to the Apple store in Osaka to get help from the staff. I saw on some social media that Google Maps has been having similar issues recently. There were also tour groups staying at this hotel.
