The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.★

Overall, it was a wonderful experience! The scenery was beautiful, the trip was well organized, and I really enjoyed visiting the different locations. The only downside was the limited food menu, as there weren’t many options to choose from. It would be nice to have more variety. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this trip!★

Guide Lee Han-san is so kind and fun!!!!!!!!! My own money spent, and he's the best!
I had high expectations when I signed up for the Mount Fuji one-day tour, but it was an even more perfect and happy day than I had anticipated!
First of all, the tour course and the flow of the tour were incredibly smooth. I could feel the meticulous attention paid to the timing and route so that we could see the magnificent scenery of Mount Fuji from the most beautiful angles. Thanks to the fun explanations and small tips shared during the journey, I was able to laugh and have fun throughout the tour without a single dull moment.
There was one particular incident during this tour for which I was extremely grateful to the guide.
I lost my phone during the tour and was momentarily flustered and at a loss, but the guide worried about me as if it were their own problem without showing any sign of distress and actively searched for it. What was even more touching was that they continued to look after me and care for me even after the entire itinerary was over. It was a heart-stopping moment where I could have easily ruined my trip while away from home, but thanks to the guide's warm interest and consideration, I was able to finish everything safely. I can't forget the beautiful scenery of Mt. Fuji, but above all, thanks to meeting a wonderful guide, I created the most memorable and precious memories of my Tokyo trip. If anyone I know is considering a Mt. Fuji tour, I plan to strongly recommend this tour without hesitation! Absolutely!!

A good trip is closely related to the driver. Our driver was enthusiastic and attentive, introducing many scenic spots along the way and answering our questions about customs from time to time. He arranged the itinerary and time reasonably and explained the precautions for sightseeing in great detail.★

My written review was flagged as plagiarism by the official platform, which is truly speechless. So I'll just have to point out the bad parts. First, lunch was listed as self-arranged in the itinerary, and I thought I could find my own place to eat. Instead, they took everyone to a restaurant called Kin-Fuji, which cost 3500 yen. I felt the food was completely overpriced. And next door was a place selling local specialties—isn't this like taking a tour group to a duty-free shop? Making money is fine, but not mentioning this in the itinerary beforehand is a big mistake.★

It was a fun trip and a great experience overall. We visited five main attractions, which was excellent value for money. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with high-quality Wagyu beef at reasonable prices. Our English-speaking guide, Tom, was fantastic; he knew all the areas very well. The villages were the highlight of the trip! I think we would definitely take this trip again.
