If you visit Bergen, I highly recommend this tour. Honestly, I would recommend this tour purely for the road views alone. I am glad i did this tour in winter because the snowy scenery was stunning from start to finish. Additionally, Bjarte was an entertaining tour guide and i enjoyed the mixture of fun facts and stories that he had about Norway as a whole. I could tell that he is very passionate about his country. Thank you Bjarte for making my last day in Norway a very memorable one!!★

Driving from Oslo to Bergen

The winding roads and high altitudes offered unparalleled views, making every twist and turn an adventure in itself.
Fjord Cruise
Upon reaching Bergen, we embarked on a Fjord Cruise—a must-do for anyone visiting Norway. This cruise was the highlight of our trip, showcasing the raw power and beauty of nature. As we glided through the fjords, surrounded by towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls, we were reminded of how small we are in comparison to the majestic natural world. The fjord cruise is truly a one-of-a-kind experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Rail Trip Back to Bergen

This full-day tour was truly one of a kind and encompassed so many of Norway's incredible features. The Viking Village was not on my list of destinations when I planned my trip, I just thought it would be cool since it was a part of the tour, and it was incredible! Very informative learning about Viking history and culture, and debunking common myths or 'Hollywood' ideologies. There is also the opportunity to participate in Archery and Axe throwing which were very fun. We then moved onto the Fjord cruise, the boat was HUGE with plenty of room for everyone, and designed extremely well so its suitable for all ages and abilities. The views were spectacular. Once off the boat we boarded the Flam railway, although it wasn't very snowy like usual the scenery was still beautiful and I felt like I could have been in the Polar Express. There was snow passed about 700m (Myrdal top station sits about 860m) and the station at Myrdal was covered with snow. Train and bus ride back into Bergen was very relaxing after a long day. Overall could not recommend this trip enough, worth every cent in my opinion.
