This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

We had a fantastic experience on our Nusa Penida day trip. Everything was very well organised, with hotel pickup and drop-off done right on time and the day running smoothly.
Our driver and guide, Putu, was amazing. He was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He happily took photos for us, knew the best spots, and made the whole trip enjoyable and relaxed. His attitude really made a big difference.
Overall, a well-planned and enjoyable tour. Highly recommend, and special thanks to Putu for making it such a great experience!★
