Excellent excursion!
Wonderfully organized. Comfortable bus with large seats. There are chargers, so you don't need a power bank. They provide water. There were 20 of us.
Mr. Bean, the guide, is positive and tries to help everyone, telling stories and explaining things. Thank you.
The lunch was excellent in a beautiful location. There are plenty of vegetarian options and fruit.
The bike ride is short, suitable for anyone who can ride. The views are superb.
All in all, it was a perfect trip!
Tip: The Tam Coc River is flatter, nestled among fields. You'll see it from the mountain at the last location. You'll pass three caves. One interesting thing is that the rowers use their feet to support the weights.
The Chang An is a longer ride, 2 hours. Boats hold 4 people. The landscape is rockier and unique.★

He provided great historical explanations about each destination, caring and attentive to all his customers, always making sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and enjoying the trip.

I'd like to express my gratitude to the coordinator, Trang, who handled all my issues and was in touch. My transfer was scheduled for 12:30, but there were internet issues, so I stayed inside the hotel at reception. The driver didn't come to pick me up. I saw his messages at 12:40, unfortunately, and he left, so I missed the bus to Hanoi. He suggested I call a taxi myself to get to the bus, but unfortunately, time was limited and I wouldn't make it. The coordinator, Trang, covered all the expenses and took care of everything. I'm traveling to Hanoi. Therefore, I recommend you book a transfer. You won't be abandoned in a difficult moment, because the people working there are responsible. A huge thank you to the Trang staff.★

I booked at the last minute. I only made the booking in the evening for the trip the following day. The travel agent responded quickly and got in touch with me straight away to arrange the trip for the following day.
