I easily found the salon using the instructions and address they sent me. The stylist first consulted me, assessed my hair condition, and selected a more gentle formula, as my hair is very dry. I also opted for a hair spa treatment, and my hair became incredibly soft and manageable. Finally, the stylist showed me how to style my hair and what to use. It was a fascinating experience cutting and curling my hair.★

We had a wonderful experience with our consultant Sunny! She's very patient and friendly throughout the session, assisting to analyse which colour/tone worked better for both my friend and myself. She also recommended suitable hair colour, jewellery options, and also looked at our own makeup products that we brought and gave us tips & recommendations on which makeup products to get! Really enjoyed the experience! :)★

The shop assistant was incredibly attentive and explained every step of the ring-making process in great detail, and safety was a top priority. She was always willing to help if needed, but I still recommend trying it yourself – it's truly rewarding! They even give you a Polaroid photo of yourself making the ring, and they'll arrange the final product beautifully for you ❤️★

The color test specialist was very friendly. She's Korean but taught herself Chinese, which made communication much easier – she's really impressive! She also recommended suitable makeup products, which was incredibly helpful!! 5-star recommendation!!
