The unique charm of Chengdu, the beautiful and attentive tour guide, and the enthusiastic driver made our summer vacation a complete success. Thank you to the Ctrip team. Although the heavy rain in Sichuan forced us to change our itinerary before departure, and there were some communication problems with Ctrip customer service, almost making me cancel the trip, the happy holiday in Chengdu afterwards erased all of that. I hope Ctrip's customer service can be more considerate of customers and keep their promises.

I really enjoyed the excursion to the Pena Palace in Sintra, Portugal. It was a wonderful experience that lasted about five hours, during which we managed to see and explore a lot. The highlight was, of course, the impressive and colorful Pena Palace, but the whole trip was filled with beautiful views and interesting places. Our driver and guide, Nelson, did an excellent job, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, which made the tour even more enjoyable!! Everything was well organized, and I left with great impressions and memories. I can definitely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area 🤍

Bruno was an exceptional tour guide! Since we visited during a quieter part of the tourist season, he was able to give us a wonderfully well-rounded introduction to the city without feeling rushed. We explored a bit of everything—from shopping at LX Factory, where he recommended the most delicious chocolate cake, to taking an adorable panoramic photo overlooking the entire Lisbon skyline at Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. We also enjoyed a peaceful walk through the botanical garden while he shared fascinating historical insights that truly brought the city to life. Bruno was knowledgeable, personable, and impressively in tune with the day—even predicting exactly when it would rain! This tour was the perfect way to begin our trip, helping us discover the areas we wanted to return to and explore more deeply. Highly recommend!

We arrived early and we're greeted warmly by the cook. She served us cheese and wine for the first set of the menu. She mentioned that 4 people, including us, were booked for the cook course that day however the other 2 people didn't show up. We got to enjoy it for ourselves and it was like a private cook course just for us. We loved how she made it feel so easy to cook the delicious food we prepared. The explanations and techniques how the flavours work and what's how essential each ingredients in the menu is superb. I originally booked this experience for my husband's birthday and she also created a good surprise which made it more special. We will surely book such offers in Trip.com on our next travels and we will surely recommend it to our friends.
