As the trip approaches, my excitement grows stronger and stronger. Even the time spent imagining the scenery and researching delicious local cuisine already feels like part of the journey. The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!

The bus departs on time. The arrival time doesn't take into account the traffic jams we experienced. We arrived at Kawaguchiko two hours later than scheduled. The return trip was an hour later. I would also like more detailed instructions for finding the platform; we had to walk around the building twice because Google Maps doesn't work well inside buildings.
