Excellent bus. We were met, registered, seated, and driven. We slept all night. The driver drove carefully. It's a VIP bus. They sent us a reminder in advance about the trip with the departure geolocation.

This is an ideal option if you're looking for a cheap trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang or vice versa. Comfortable beds, pillows, and a blanket are provided. You can adjust the air conditioning to your liking, but you can turn it off if it's cold. Curtains are on the window and near the bed. There's a restroom and food stops. Water and sweets are provided. I recommend it.

We used the transfer because we took the fast track and didn't have to wait for everyone to get on the bus. We left before everyone else and were already sitting in a cafe while everyone was being driven to their hotels. The guy was always available and was waiting for us at column #4. The car was good, and the transfer service was great.

After your reservation is complete, you will receive an email with a boarding pass containing a QR code. The meeting place is written there, so be sure to go there in advance. Your boarding pass will be checked at the pier where you board the boat, so either show the QR code on your screen or have a printed copy scanned by an attendant. On the day I traveled, the boat was almost full, and since I was assigned a window seat in a 3-seat, three-row configuration, I couldn't move after being seated. Cell phone signals and Wi-Fi occasionally cut out, so it's best to get some sleep.
