Hello! Thanks to guides Kwak Chang-sik and Woo Sang-deok, we had a wonderful and enjoyable trip with three generations of our family. I booked this tour with mixed feelings of worry and anticipation since my parents and children were with us, but I think it was the best decision I made during our Fukuoka trip. My parents must have enjoyed it too; even on the flight back home, they expressed their satisfaction, saying the bus tour course was great and the guides were so kind. Thank you so much, Guide Kwak Chang-sik, for taking such meticulous care of our family with your gentle and affectionate tone. My 9-year-old daughter really loved it, saying the guide was so sweet and kind, and my 11-year-old son, seeing how fluently the guide communicated in Japanese, English, and Korean, said, "Mom, seeing you made me realize why I need to study English hard too. The tour guide was calm and very enthusiastic, even offering to help take photos. She switched between Chinese and English throughout the tour, providing excellent explanations of the sights. This itinerary was very unique, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I took this tour to spend some quality time alone with just my mom. The guide took such good care of us, just like a little kids on a field trip. They struck up conversations to make sure we didn't feel awkward, and helped us whenever we needed to speak Japanese during the tour. I really appreciated how attentive they were, more so than I expected. I want to come back later with my dad and younger sibling to do another tour with the whole family! Especially with the guide who led the tour today! It was so much fun. Thank you.

Miss Nicole was a very pleasant tour guide, and the trip was as expected due to the long travel. I enjoyed ir regardless, and I like how they update periodically on Whats-up so we won't overstay in one location.

Our guide Li Hong has been very friendly. Unfortunately Mt Azo crater was not allowed for the day. The local geological dept updates daily the accessibility. Kurokawa Onsen locality is a beauty.
