Irina was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and she clearly has a passion for the history of the area. She was able to answer any and all of our questions, ones even outside of the castle itself. My family and I were thrilled with our experience with her, probably one of our best tour guided experiences! Very much recommended! At first the price seemed a tad steep when comparing to large group tours, but those are groups of 70+, and it looks very much rushed and not able to ask questions or absorb the beauty of the rooms. Whereas with Irina we were able to stay longer, she never rushed us, and had stories about growing up in the castle and area to add to the experience. Well worth the extra money.

The experience was great, and our guide, Silvia, was fantastic. She told us many interesting things about Peles Castle and then gave a brief overview of the town of Brasov. We passed by Dracula's Castle but didn't go in; instead, we enjoyed a delicious meal.

Guide Vlad and bus driver Narcis are an excellent team! Vlad kept us entertained right up until the end with a wealth of historical facts, delightful anecdotes, and details about Dracula and his torture methods. It was an enjoyable day trip, and thanks to our attentive driver Narcis, we were transported safely from place to place. The only downside was navigating the tourist crowds at Peleș Castle. Luckily, we were among the first groups in the morning, and the air was still bearable. Large groups are tiring; there were 50 adults in our group! The price was good. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable small group tour through GYG for that day. Hence the one-star deduction in the overall rating. All participants were very disciplined, so there were no delays. I only photographed Bran Castle from the outside because of the crowds, which was sufficient and, for me, the best decision, as it's a tourist trap. Brașov was a truly magnificent finale. Top-notch! Highly recommended!
