The beachfront hotels are similar to most resort hotels, but the Royal Peterman Hotel in Ubud is nestled in the mountains, featuring individual villas with swimming pools and a river that flows through the hotel for rafting – quite unique. Local prices are reasonable; a car hire for a day with a driver costs 30 USD. Overall, it was a good experience and worth returning to. My flight was delayed by a day, and the hotel arrangement was changed to a 1+2+1 package. The fact that the two hotels were far apart wasn't clearly explained, making the trip quite inconvenient.

The staff who picked us up explained the preparations and precautions for going to Jiuzhaigou. They were very helpful and answered all our questions. It was a very enjoyable trip.

The pick-up location can be negotiated with the driver; you can pick up passengers directly at the hotel entrance. The vehicle is spacious and the seats are comfortable. The journey takes slightly less time than by bus, but the driver may be late due to needing to pick up passengers at different locations. It is recommended to communicate with customer service in advance regarding your high-speed rail schedule for better arrangements.
