Speeds in Fiji are slow, and coverage isn't always good. Installation was quick and easy. I had no issues. The support chat works well; at one point, it stopped showing my data usage, but they helped me out. I'm taking off one star for the poor connection; perhaps this is the case for everyone in Fiji.

We bought an eSIM for a three-week trip to the Seychelles. It worked 100%, never let us down. It also worked perfectly on the islands of La Digue and Praslin. It was easy to install, turned on upon arrival, and started working right away. Very convenient and great value. Physical SIM cards are very expensive in Mahe. The SIM card wasn't working on arrival. Once i reached out to Trip.com service personal, they were very quick to help me and reissue another esim immediately. I have previously used Simcard from Trip.com and it's been good experience.
