Enjoyable for an indoor snow park. Good quality man-made snow and well maintained. Voucher comes with helmet, snow boots, jacket and pants. Also includes locker. Do wear warm clothes or heat tech as it can get chilly. Bring your own gloves and googles. There are not many english instructors so would be hard to get one if you don't understand mandarin. Overall, the snow park play area is very fun especially for young kids! Would visit again.

Alps and Snow was satisfying to visit during summer. It's freezing cold inside but they provide jackets and shoes etc. You can also do skating and skiing. Ticket price for Slide and ice skating is 130 yuan. Seeing has a separate ticket.

I heard it gets very crowded on weekends, so I came during the weekdays and it wasn't too crowded; the queues weren't too long either. Overall, it was a good experience. The ski runs are quite long, no wonder it's a ski resort with a Guinness World Record.

Best place ever! It's a must with kids to go! 2 hours were more than enough. Had the best time of our life here!
