Everyone says Signal Hill offers a panoramic view of the entire southern part of the city. This was my first time inside the tower; it has a rotating mechanism, and standing at the top gives you a truly beautiful view of the surrounding scenery.

This century-old castle-like building has a built-in retro filter, with its yellow granite walls and colorful roof making every photo a masterpiece. The interior is filled with European palatial style, with crystal chandeliers and ivory pianos of exceptional quality. The German craftsmanship is superb, and even the old heating system still works. It hides details that blend Chinese and Western styles, and a quiet stroll through it is filled with a profound sense of history. The ticket price is excellent value for money, making it a must-visit in Qingdao!

I went in late August. The temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius that day, and the afternoon sun was very strong, so it was extremely hot. To emphasize, there was basically no air conditioning in the three pavilions, and there were too many people, so the experience was just so-so. It was also very difficult to get a taxi.

Family, you absolutely can't miss the Underwater World when you come to Qingdao, especially that nearly 100-meter-long underwater tunnel! It's really amazing! Tickets are available now! Here's a guide for you: Copy Ticket Purchase Guide Tickets can be purchased in advance through the official WeChat account or major travel platforms. A general admission ticket is 170 yuan, with student discounts available. There might be queues at the ticket counter, so buying in advance is much more convenient. Itinerary We recommend starting with the Dreamy Jellyfish Palace, where the colorful jellyfish under the lights create a dreamlike scene, perfect for taking photos. Next, head to the Seal Pavilion to see the adorable seals. Now for the highlights: the Marine Life Pavilion and Whale Pavilion have many precious specimens, where you can learn a lot about the ocean. Then, there's the incredible underwater tunnel! Stretching nearly 100 meters, walking in feels like being surrounded by fish from every angle, with sharks, turtles, and rays swimming right beside you—the feeling is indescribable. It's also a great place for taking photos; even a simple shot on the escalator has a great atmosphere. Finally, head to the freshwater aquarium to see some unique freshwater creatures. Show Times: Don't forget to check the times for the mermaid show and the shark and human show; they're spectacular. Arrive half an hour early to secure a good front-row seat.

The Qingdao Taipingshan Sightseeing Cableway, built in 1994, is my country's first forest-based cableway to traverse both the old and new urban areas. Route Features: The 1,100-meter route features three stations: Zhongshan Park Station (main entrance), Taipingshan Station (mountaintop hub), and Zhanshan Temple Station (viewing point in the new urban area). Scenic Highlights: The west route offers panoramic views of the red tiles and green trees of Badaguan, while the east route offers distant views of the Laoshan Fushan Bay CBD. Both day and night views are available (nighttime service closes at 8:30 PM). Prices and Hours Price Structure: One-way 80 yuan/person (Zhongshan Park ↔ Taipingshan or Taipingshan ↔ Zhanshan Temple). Round-trip 150 yuan/person (multiple boarding and disembarking options are recommended). Children under 1.2 meters are free (must be accompanied by an adult). ‌ Operating Hours: Regular hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (latest adjustment in October). This is a filming location for the movie "A Little Red Flower"! Taking the cable car to see different scenery is a super, super amazing experience! At the entrance, which is the middle section of the cable car (look carefully, it's the middle!), you can first take the cable car down the mountain to see the red-tiled roofs, blue sky, sea, and many colorful plants—autumn is so beautiful! After exploring for a while, take the cable car back up the mountain to enjoy the scenery! Back in the middle section, continue taking the cable car down the mountain to see the skyscrapers and the silvery sea—it's absolutely breathtaking! Then explore the surrounding area. After you've had your fill, take the cable car back to the middle section, which is also the starting point! It's definitely worth the ride—the panoramic view is stunning! I'd love to ride it again!

The Danish classical building features blue-green walls, a red roof, and a combination of spires and irregularly sloping roofs. The courtyard contains fountains, stone bridges, and a miniature castle, creating a fairytale atmosphere. The eclectic style building, with a red roof and white columns, blends Chinese and Western elements. Designed in 1934 by Chinese and Russian architects, it now serves as a film-themed museum.
