M25***40I travelled with a guide from Merida and to fully enjoy the experience you need a guide who can explain the history of the mineral salts and the saltwater shrimp that are responsible for the flamingos’ pink colour.

噼里啪啦【Yucatán❥Merída】This is a noisy yet quiet, busy yet leisurely, connotative yet explicit city. You can listen to the chirping of birds amid the traffic 24 hours a day. [Value for money] Good, not expensive.

环球徒步的Q爹Most tourists just use her as a stop between Cancún and Chichen Itzá or Mérida and usually don't stay. Valladolid is worth staying at least one night. Valladolid, México is as wonderful as Valladolid, España. The inconspicuous facades along the street often enter tens of meters deep, and there is a beautiful human landscape hidden inside. Since you can't see it from the street, it seems that every street is worth your "peeping".

M25***40We really enjoyed the boat trip - departed at 7am for 2 hours with a friendly guide. He was very knowledgeable and told us a lot about the birds. There are mangroves and a reliable captain. He was very attentive and knew where the best views and photo ops were. We really enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend.

乖小咪This is Merida's Plaza de Armas, a typical European colonial city square. It is surrounded by centuries-old buildings, and there are vintage horse-drawn carriages on the square. You can take a ride on the carriage to admire the various buildings in the Plaza de Armas, which is full of nostalgia.
