在此非常感谢中餐厅的某位服务员，本人在入住用餐期间遗失了非常喜爱的帽子一顶，本着试试看的心情回家后联系到了可能丢失的部门 ，这位服务员确定确实有我的失物后，不厌其烦地帮我解决问题让我失而复得，在寒冷的天气里感受到浓浓的暖意！再次感谢她和皇冠假日酒店的优质服务，最主要做了好事还不愿留名，太令人感动了。
