Baoding Martyrs Cemetery is located at No. 5 Lingyuan Road, Jingxiu District, Baoding City. It was built in 1957 and covers an area of 139,660 square meters. 143 martyrs who died in the Anti-Japanese War, the War of Liberation and the socialist revolution and construction period are buried here. The names of 236 Baoding martyrs are engraved in the Heroes Pavilion, and the ashes of 144 martyrs are stored in the Columbarium. The main buildings in the park include: the cemetery gate, memorial hall, martyrs' cemetery, martyrs' monument and square. The cemetery gate faces north and south, with a three-hole archway structure. The building material is Huoshaoyun marble, and the appearance is solemn and majestic. The Martyrs Memorial Square is opposite to the gate, and there is a north-south passage connecting them. There are pine and cypress trees on both sides of the road, green grass, and a small marble pavilion, which provides a resting place for people who come to pay tribute.
