The price/performance ratio is still ventilated on all sides, and it is quite comfortable.

乐天的静
I was disappointed when I hit this review. As a Dominican, I had high expectations for visiting this place. It is a pity to know that this place has potential and somehow the staff seem to have been trained to ignore customers or be rude. After waiting a few minutes, someone dropped off the menu and we placed an order and got our food. I was chatting alone, two waiters put down the food, no one came to check after the food was dropped, the cups were empty and no one offered new drinks. I made eye contact with two servers chatting behind the desk and nobody looked at us. Finally I asked for a check for an additional service fee... shameful. We weren't the only ones completely ignored. When Dominicans are naturally very friendly and helpful, I am worried that tourists will come to this place and encounter the terrible service provided by Dominican servers. Ironically, they had a sign outside the restaurant that said, “If you come to Santo Domingo and don’t go to Japan, you don’t have a chance to learn about the Dominican Republic.” I sincerely hope they find a way to teach employees to behave like real Dominicans, to be helpful, fun, friendly and happy. It is a pity that many people will travel to Dominican Republic and get a bad experience from a place that offers a Dominican experience.
