Nice atmosphere but disappointing over all. Phone call to reception was not passed through to the restaurant. Warm drinks but service ignored our claim by bringing new drinks with the same temperature. Coffee order forgotten. Food choice limited. Food o.k. but nothing special.Not a pleasant experience in a restaurant on highest price level.

Best pumpkin soup I have ever had, seasoned with pickled gingers. Menu could have been a bit more extensive but the quality was really good.

Das Personal des Restaurants ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ein wahrer Schatz. Das Essen hingegen war mit M&auml;nglen behaftet. Als Vorspeise hatte ich eine Foie Gras Terrine. Die Pr&auml;sentation war makellos, die f&uuml;r die Terrine verwendete Leber war nicht wirklich ein Foie Gras, da Teile der Leber &uuml;berhaupt nicht gras (verfettet) waren, zudem hatte die Terrine im Abgang einen unangenehm bitteren Nachgeschmack. Vom K&uuml;chenchef kam die Begr&uuml;ndung, das sei normal. Ich habe in den letzten 50 Jahren in  diversen Restaurants weltweit Foie Gras gegessen, jedoch nie einen bitteren Nachgeschmack erlebt. Wer so taktlos und unintelligent auf eine Kritik reagiert sollte noch einmal einen Benimm- und Verhaltenskurs besuchen. Die Hauptspreise war ein R&uuml;ckensteak vom Salzwiesenlamm. Sehr pittoresk garniert, die Garung perfekt, die Garnitur jedoch zum Teil &uuml;berw&uuml;rzt, so dass das Aroma des Lammfleisches &uuml;berdeckt wurde. Das Dessert war ein Cerealien MIx, wieder sehr sch&ouml;n dekoriert, der Geschmack war gut und sehr originell aber nicht sehr gut oder hervorragend. Mein Dank gilt dem wirklich hervorragenden Restaurantpersonal, die K&uuml;che und ihre Reaktion auf meine Kritik waren unprofessionell. Vielleicht sollte man nochmal einen Kurs in einer Hotelfachschule belegen wie man professionell mit Kritik umgeht.

The staff of the restaurant is very premature and friendly a real treasure. However, the food was defected. As a pre-food, I had a Foie Gras Terrine. The presentation was unsmade, the liver used for the Terrine was not really a foe grass, as parts of the liver were not at all grass (fatted), and the Terrine had a unpleasant bitter after-smack at the departure. The chef came to the explanation that it was normal. I have eaten foie grass in various restaurants worldwide over the past 50 years, but never experienced a bitter aftertaste. Who responds so tactlessly and insightfully to criticism should visit a beauty and behaviour course again. The main price was a back steak of the salt-white lamb. Very pittoresc garnet, the garnet perfectly, but the garniture partly overcovered, so that the flavour of the lamb meat was covered. The dessert was a cereal MIx, again very beautifully decorated, the taste was good and very original but not very good or excellent. Thank you to the really excellent restaurant staff, the kitchen and their reaction to my criticism were unprofessional. Maybe you should be able to re-establish a course in a hotel professional school how to deal with criticism professionally.

Der Service und das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend !Leider war das Essen selbst eher mittelm&auml;&szlig;ig , Auswahl ohne Fisch und Fleisch eher gering und das Fleisch zwar ok aber f&uuml;r das angepriesene im beefer gebraten eher entt&auml;uschend
