这个是在祁连山县吃的，也是本地人推荐的，没要菜，要的都是羊肉，来这边就要吃羊肉。炒羊头，这个爽口，把羊头上的肉剔下来，用葱头辣椒爆炒，余下的羊头在火上烤熟，吃里边的羊脑。白条手抓，这个也入味，白水煮熟沾料吃，主要不塞牙啊，入味。烤羊肉串，这个可比西宁的大，也爽口。我还喜欢吃他这的烤馍，简直鲜美无比，千万别错过。

在青海环湖游住宿祁连县的时候。他家店离我们住的客栈很近。在镇子中心位置。沿街都是各色吃饭的地方。马志强家非常好找。为啥呢。远远看去。就数他家人多。夏天在外面摆好的桌子去晚了可能需要稍等一会儿。。。。。。。。在这第一次吃到了煎羊肠。看着黑不溜秋的只是味道不错。煎的外酥里嫩。稍偏油。尝试一下新品还是很好的。来青海。肉串是重点。烤羊肉串有儿时的味道。肉质新鲜是重点。炭火炉子烤出来稍有些炭火特有的味道。老板娘是个特别热情的人。我们本来点的烤饼是要在烤完所有肉串才能做。我们基本来一趟是吃不着了。他就破例先给我们烤了一个。烤饼刚上来的时候是酥脆的。口感更接近白吉馍。面的香味被火激发下更浓烈的挥发出来。值得尝试一下。
