转眼间，距离上次造访锡林郭勒已经是3/4年前的往事了。又一次来到锡林郭勒，能够重新发现之前没有发现的美丽风景还是很值得期待的。这次草原之旅是从美食开始的，太仆寺旗特色的筱面、兔肉，正蓝旗特色的肚包肉都给我留下了深刻的印象。尤其是肚包肉，里面除了土豆、羊排、红萝卜以外，居然还有鹅卵石。据说在做这道菜之前要先准备好干净的鹅卵石，然后用火烧得滚烫放入羊肚之中，滚烫的石头与鲜嫩的羊肉，那种香味简直无法用语言来形容。
