The hotel is near Terminal 2 (most international flights depart or arrive here), but is a bit farther from Terminal 3 (new domestic terminal, some international). The room I booked was spacious, straightforward check-in and out procedures, the room looked the same as the photos. The only downside was, there was an unbearable smell coming out of the bathroom. It was just a night stay so I didn't bother asking to be moved.

The price was really good, and the staff were helpful with carrying luggage to the front desk, so the service was quite good. However, other aspects were a bit mediocre. The shower and sink water didn't seem to have any hot water, just lukewarm, so I was forced to take a cold shower. When I first entered the room, the door lock was also a bit tricky and took a while to get it to lock properly. Don't open the fridge in the room, because it smells really bad 😷. The pros are that it's close to the airport, about a ten-minute drive, and the staff are very helpful and observant.

Location is really near to the airport, at busy road. They also provide airport pick up service which is very convenient but the price is higher than Grab. Arrive at the airport and they pick up within 10-15m The staffs was nice. The room is not that clean, there was some stains on the bedsheet. Bathroom is small but they provided you everything. The fridge was so noisy.
