Stayed here for a business trip. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right inside Mid Valley Megamall. It's safe and lively, with direct access to the mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting here is a breeze, whether you're taking the KTM train, LRT, or a taxi. The room, though small, was clean and well-equipped. My favorite feature was the bright lighting, which made it easy to work in the room at night. Overall, no significant complaints.

I recently stayed here for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was just nice for a short stay—quite compact, but still comfortable enough for a couple, especially if you’re mainly using it for rest. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s directly connected to Mid Valley Megamall, making it super convenient for shopping, and attending events. Parking was also easy, which is a plus. Overall, a good choice for a short stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again, especially if I have an event at Mid Valley.

Stayed at Cititel Mid Valley and honestly, super convenient. Can just walk straight into Mid Valley mall for food and shopping. Room was clean and comfy, good enough. Staff were friendly and allow for early check in too. Overall, pretty chill stay!”

Citidel Mid Valley KL is the superb choice accommodation if you are going to KL. It has everything under one roof. Eateries, massage, pedicure/manicure, supermarket, shopping, etc ….. Another good thing is the transportation. If you are coming from airport, you can take the KLIA train to TBS change to KTM train and stop at mid valley station. Or take the KLIA train express to KL Sentral then change to Rapid LRT to Abdullah Hukum station which is just two stops away. Do note the mall is very huge. Cititel Hotel is at Mid Valley. The room there is no water you have to fill up the water from the water dispenser located at the lift lobby (same level).
