Shangri-La Harbin

Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. Both breakfast and the executive lounge's light meals offer a rich variety of hygienic and delicious food. All the staff we encountered were professional, enthusiastic, and appropriately attentive; they would greet us or proactively offer help every time we saw them. They also responded quickly to our requests. In short, both the hardware and the service (software) made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended (which is why I really don't understand why this hotel doesn't have a higher rating)!

Not all Shangri-Las are created equal. The location is undeniably great, and the staff service is impeccable. However, this hotel is simply too old. If it weren't for the Shangri-La name, I doubt anyone would stay here, even for 100 RMB. Avoid at all costs!

The room was tiny and the facilities were really old. The location wasn't great either. The 'king-size bed' was actually two beds pushed together. The window couldn't open for ventilation, and there was an odor in the room. I was hoping the almost 200 yuan per person breakfast would exceed expectations, but, sigh, I won't even go there. Maybe it's just their brand, I guess.

The room faces the Songhua River directly, offering a beautiful view, and the glass was spotless, making the river-view sunset perfect for photos. The hotel's location is very convenient, and check-in was smooth. This well-established five-star hotel is truly trustworthy. The executive lounge service was also excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from Longjiang Bank Headquarters, and transportation around is very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We stayed on the 11th floor, and the room was clean and well-maintained.

This is an old hotel with very cramped rooms, especially the bathroom, where two people can barely turn around when opening and closing the door. The bedding was nice though. Breakfast was plentiful, and the pickled cabbage buns were incredibly delicious! We all agreed it was the best breakfast among all the hotels we stayed at on this trip. The location is super convenient; turn left out of the hotel and walk three or four minutes to Shanghai Road Metro Station, making it easy to get to Zhongjie Street and Chinese Baroque. The only downside is that the facilities are quite old.

This is a standard five-star hotel, and it lives up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and service. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent, and the dinner was delicious! If I had to compare the room to a luxury boutique B&B, I'd say the decor isn't particularly creative, but you can't ask for too much. 😊

The Shangri-La Hotel Harbin is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fantastic, and the hotel's location on Youyi Road is very convenient for transportation. The rooms are comfortable, making it an excellent choice for business travelers or families on vacation. A special shout-out to the wonderful staff! I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Harbin!

The hotel is right by the river, so we enjoyed lovely strolls along the bank every morning, noon, and evening, with a refreshing breeze. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful! The Hong Kong style breakfast and set meals were a big hit with both seniors and kids!
