Consecutive Stay Benefit - Daily Minibar: Enjoyed a wide selection of beverages every day. Environment: Definitely 7-star standard. This is my second time staying here. Service: Grateful for the butler's attentive service. Facilities: The breakfast was extensive, with two restaurants, both of which were delicious.

Traveling with my parents, who are in their 70s, I want to extend a huge thank you to our butler, Penny Wei, for her incredibly thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay. She even added me on WeChat a day in advance and helped upgrade our benefits. Out of the four hotels we stayed at during this Sanya trip, she was by far the most considerate butler! The Royal Room type offered excellent Royal Hotel benefits, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the afternoon tea and evening happy hour. The dinner buffet was bountiful, and the C-show was spectacular! As the last hotel we stayed at, it provided a perfect ending to our Hainan trip. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Our whole family loved our trip to Atlantis! The room facilities were excellent, and the Aquaventure Waterpark was a blast. Though, even in Hainan, playing in the water during winter was a bit chilly. I'd recommend wearing a shark suit and water shoes. We visited the aquarium multiple times; we'd just pop in whenever we passed it on the shopping street. Although it's not huge, each tank is unique, and the water quality is the best I've seen in any aquarium. A big thank you to our butler, Mermaid YUKI, for taking such great care of us! She reminded us that we could change pillows, helped us request a late check-out, and even gave a gift to our child. She responded to all my questions promptly.

It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is incredibly spacious, so much so that two days isn't enough to explore everything. The room's amenities and facilities were also excellent, the only minor drawback was the lack of a smart toilet. The bed was super comfortable and the duvet was very soft. But the most novel touch was the arapaima ginger brown sugar drink, which really made us feel even more at home.
