The butler service was excellent, and the front desk proactively upgraded our room. We had a very comfortable stay, and our child was so happy they kept asking to stay longer. If we get the chance, we'll definitely stay for a few more days next time to try out all the activities. Plus, it's super convenient for shopping downstairs, making it perfect for families with kids.

I had such a wonderful vacation! Bubble Fish, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful. Since it was my birthday, she wanted to make it special, so she upgraded our room. Every day, she'd send warm reminders and check in on us. Plus, unlimited access to the water park was a huge bonus – truly great value for money!

Our butler, Xiao Hujing (Little Orca), tracked everything throughout our stay; she was very meticulous and considerate. This is our second time staying at Atlantis, and it's consistently good. I just wish the waterpark could stay open a little later in the future.

I brought my friends from out of town to stay at Atlantis, and the overall experience was absolutely fantastic! It was my friends' first time, and they had a blast!!! We all LOVED Tina the beluga whale at the aquarium!!!!! She's truly the best beluga in the world!!!! And Andy was super cute too!!!!! It was so therapeutic to watch them swim over and gaze at us!!!!! Our butler, Paopaoyu, was an unexpected bonus this time around!!!! I initially thought the hotel butler service was just a formality, but after checking us in, she meticulously explained how to use all the room's features and even showed us an easy way to open that heavy balcony door. Plus, she handled things very efficiently, helping us book and coordinate activities in advance!!!! It made our stay so smooth and enjoyable!!!!! And saved us a lot of hassle too~ If I had to point out a drawback, it would probably be that the hotel is just too big~ My friends were very happy with their stay, felt the service was top-notch, and the photo opportunities were great. I had an amazing time myself~

This hotel is perfect for a family trip. It effortlessly offers everything you could want: an aquarium, a water park, a beach, outdoor swimming pools, grassy areas, palm trees, and an indoor kids' playground. Three days and two nights simply aren't enough time to enjoy it all. We also watched the C show, mermaid show, and the dolphin and sea lion performances. The photography here is very professional. The staff are plentiful, always ready to answer questions, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to our butler, Paopao Yu, for all her help during our stay. She recommended must-see performances, helped us with bookings, and answered all our questions, making us feel truly at home. Many thanks; it was definitely a worthwhile trip. This is a paradise for children, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere.

I've visited Sanya many times, and if you're not planning on swimming in the ocean, Atlantis Sanya in Haitang Bay is the perfect choice. The waves in Haitang Bay are strong and there are rip currents, so swimming in the sea isn't allowed. However, the hotel offers a waterpark, aquarium, C Show, dolphin encounters, and sea turtle encounters, ensuring your schedule is packed every day. The C Show is complimentary for two during your stay, and all other activities offer unlimited access. Plus, our room came with a butler, Xiaoma, who was always available to help with any issues 👍. During our stay, I lost my ID at the waterpark, and a staff member named Ken found it and contacted me immediately to return it 👍. The hotel has two breakfast restaurants, and the breakfast here is much better than all the hotels in Yalong Bay 👍. All rooms have sea views with an open panorama facing Wuzhizhou Island. The biggest advantage is the high floors, which make swimsuits dry quickly 👍. I love swimming and playing in the water, so I always bring at least two swimsuits. Here, my swimsuit dried in just 30 minutes 👍! Next time, I'll try staying in a Royal Club room...

On the morning of my arrival, I received a call from Chris, our butler, asking about our needs and adding me on WeChat for communication. Even before reaching the hotel, I already felt the attentive service. He proactively sent me information about hotel activities and specialty restaurants on WeChat, which was incredibly detailed and a huge help for someone who hadn't done any prior research. Upon arrival, the hotel staff promptly responded and escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, any questions I had were answered patiently and promptly via WeChat. When I got sunburned, Chris even thoughtfully helped me find some aloe vera gel. Overall, the service felt professional, attentive, and caring, leaving me with an excellent first impression of Atlantis. Traveling with a three-year-old, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything; we stayed at the hotel and didn't venture out, enjoying our three-day, two-night stay immensely.

For this year's birthday trip, I chose Atlantis Sanya. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a warm sense of belonging. Their attention to detail was exceptional. What was even more delightful was that the hotel specially arranged for a butler, Ariel, to look after me throughout my stay. Not only did she bring exquisite fruit, but she also quietly planned a little birthday surprise for me. Throughout the entire trip, whether it was itinerary suggestions or small everyday matters, Ariel was incredibly patient. I sincerely thank her for her company and dedication ❤️ This place is simply a 'resort kingdom': it has every facility imaginable – a water park, aquarium, gym, SPA... you'll never get bored. There are so many restaurants that choosing one is difficult, from seafood buffets to authentic Hainanese cuisine, all kinds of delicious food satisfy your taste buds at once. You don't even need to leave the hotel to fill your day with activities. What I found most captivating were the adorable marine creatures – getting up close, interacting with them, and even 'greeting' them. This therapeutic experience was truly unforgettable 🌊 I've already enthusiastically recommended this hotel to my family and friends, and they're planning to come and experience it themselves this summer~ Atlantis Sanya, I will definitely be back for another vacation! 🐠✨

Our stay was fantastic! Our butler, Xiao Ma, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The hotel room was spacious and bright, with an absolutely stunning ocean view. The kids had a blast at the water park and aquarium. This is definitely the top choice for a family vacation!
