Narada Resort Hotel Sanya Pleasant Bay

An excellent hotel that put a perfect end to our trip. This hidden gem is wonderfully quiet, away from the city's hustle and bustle. It definitely deserves a great review! A special thanks to Manager Zhang for the care and service provided. We look forward to our next visit.

Junlan, as a domestic brand, truly makes you feel right at home. The hotel is consistently excellent, and its decor always gives off a warm, homey vibe. The service is also top-notch. A special shout-out to Xiao Zhao for their warm and thoughtful service, always polite and gentle. Concierge Xiao Wu was fantastic at explaining all the hotel's amenities, including the pool, restaurant, and gym.

This stay was a wonderful experience. The hotel's service was excellent, and the staff were all very warm and attentive. They always proactively helped with luggage when we were getting in and out of the car, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was also very responsive, and the pool area was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

Facilities: A bit old, but the price reflects that. Hygiene: Decent and acceptable. As a traditional brand hotel, it's not bad. Environment: The view is lovely, with a small inland sea and coastal mangrove mudflats. Service: Pretty good. The shuttle to building 2 was very quick.

The environment is really nice, with a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast was okay.

The service was exceptionally good, the room was clean and hygienic, and they even gave me a free room upgrade.
