I chose this hotel because it was within a 15-minute walk to the east gate, newly opened in 2024, and offered free soft drinks and ice cream in the lobby. The room was clean and modern. The bed was medium-firm and comfortable. The TV supported screen casting, so I could project videos from my phone onto the TV using DLNA-supported apps. The only thing I felt was missing from the room was a luggage rack. Breakfast had a really good selection of Western and Chinese options. It was the first time I've managed to fill my plate and still wanted to go back for more! Some dishes were also rotated daily, so I could try something different each morning. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially those planning to enter via the East Gate.

My absolute favorite Hampton by Hilton in the country. The check-in process was quick. It's about 1.3 km straight walk to the Wulingyuan Symbol Gate, with plenty of great eateries and foot massage shops along the way. It's also very close to the Charming Xiangxi Theater, making it convenient for some evening strolls and shopping. The hotel service is excellent—there are complimentary drinks on the first floor, and the staff speak English and are very professional. Bathrobes can be delivered to your room by calling the front desk in the evening. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The staff are just wonderful. A special shout out to Iris who helped me plan my two days in the National Park, and the lovely ladies who were in the laundry room helping all guests coordinate machine timings. The free soft drinks, coffee, snacks and ice creams are a nice touch. The room was clean, and I didn’t need to bring any amenities. The food was great too :)

Room was ok, view was not great. Free use of washer and dryer on 2nd floor. Note, washer can do full load with automated detergent dispenser but when drying, only put a few pieces each time to dry throughly. The dryer highest temperature 68degrees Celsius for 10mins. Breakfast decent variety. However, we noted that the staff wearing gloves clearing the tables were also topping up the serviettes with the same hands. Not very hygienic in my opinion. But overall pleasant stay. Hotel provides free bottled drinks and ice cream at the lobby.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, and very close to the bus station. At night, I even got to watch a drone show while lying in bed. Great value for money!
