Great hotel , need some more service at the cafe

The Torarica Resort is a very good hotel. The property is very expansive close to a beautiful river, and it also adjourn the Royal Torarica hotel. The staff are very friendly, they know their stuff, very professional and always wear smiles on their faces. The food in thd hotel is very hood and the portions are on the very large sizes. The only downside is the booming music coming from one or two specific bars and lounges directly opposite the hotel. The noise kept us awake most of the nights, with thunderous shakes of the windows. The hotel management must engage the government to either move the clubs or limit their unnecessarily loud music to the daytime.

A decent room but the sink is not very practical because it is quite small. The shower hose was leaking so it wet the floor or hair even if you were careful. The staff is very patient and welcoming. The room service is decent, the setting is beautiful and pleasant and the hotel is close to several excellent restaurants or snack bars. The city center is accessible 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
