We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. The room was very clean, and housekeeping was very active in keeping everything tidy throughout our stay. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. They were also very helpful whenever we needed assistance.
The room itself was excellent. The air conditioning was ice cold, the hot and cold shower worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Considering the hotel is located on a main road and close to Bui Vien, the noise level was surprisingly manageable.
The location is the biggest highlight of this hotel. It is right in front of Central Market and Taka, within walking distance of Bui Vien and just a few minutes walk from Ben Thanh Market. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, spas, and other establishments nearby, making it very convenient for tourists.
We traveled with our young daughter and found the hotel to be very child-friendly and easy for families.
The only minor downsides were that the breakfast buffet had limited choices, and while the TV worked well, it only had Vietnamese channels and no Netflix or other streaming services.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. For the price, the location, cleanliness, comfort, and service are hard to beat. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.
