The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York

It was a wonderful stay. Amazing location, incredible people working there. Highly recommend. We stayed during the holidays and the decorations were so pretty

The entire staff was very attentive and pleasant. They were genuinely polite and made us feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located close to Central Park and on 5th Ave. I personally love how close it is to the shopping areas of Madison Ave and the upper east side. The views from our room were phenomenal. The rooms were spacious and frequently cleaned. The restaurant downstairs was great as was the bar. We celebrated NYE at the bar and had a fantastic time. I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to NYC to stay at the Pierre.

The hotel is beautiful and well located for museums and shopping. We loved the attention to detail, the wonderful staff and warm welcome.

The staff were very friendly and beyond helpful. My only negative was the price of the food at restaurant at 11:00 am was excessive, for a salad with chicken, truffle fries fries and an ice tea was $90 before tip! The AC froze during our stay, which caused it to become 88 degrees in our room. Had to leave the windows open which allowed all the city noise to come in. The manager was very understanding and gave us a discount on our room for the inconvenience due to lack of sleep due to the heat and noise in the room. Overall, the experience was wonderful, location was perfect and the staff was beyond accommodating. We will stay again next time in NYC.

The hotel and location were great. I needed 2 suits and 2 shirts pressed only and when I asked the concierge about taking them out I was told for pressing just give to house cleaning because they would not charge or it would just be a little bit. When they came back I was charged over 100 dollars and that was ridiculous this is a very cheap service which I was charged an outrageous fee and I'm very unhappy about. L
