Our beach vacation was absolutely stress-free, all thanks to our dedicated butler, Harry! 🌴 He was professional, reliable, and incredibly attentive, providing meticulous and comprehensive service. Any request, big or small, was handled quickly. Every morning, he'd proactively inquire about sunrise viewing times, and arrange bookings for parasailing, the kids' beach club, and even room ice replenishment right away, never delaying a message. Before our trip, he thoughtfully reminded us about beach attire and sun protection essentials, and he took care of us throughout our stay. His service was truly outstanding, highly recommended!

This hotel's stand-alone villa experience was absolutely perfect! The entire space is incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms that offer complete privacy, so elders can rest, kids can play, and young adults can socialize without any disturbance. The courtyard is immaculately maintained, with a perfectly manicured lawn and its own outdoor seating, making it ideal for a BBQ and chat in the evening – the ambiance is fantastic. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and odorless. The butler service was incredibly attentive, responding super quickly to any request. The surroundings are quiet and private, far from the hustle and bustle of crowds, and as soon as you step outside, you're greeted by lush greenery, perfect for photos. It's ideal for family reunions or friend gatherings, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. We even received a lovely parting gift upon checkout. We'll definitely be back for our next vacation! Finally got to stay in the private pool room I'd been dreaming of – it absolutely hit the spot for a perfect vacation! The room opens directly onto a private pool, offering excellent privacy with lush greenery all around, so you won't be disturbed. The water was crystal clear, regularly maintained, and had no strange odors. During the day, I relaxed in the water, enjoying the breeze, and in the evening, I watched the sunset reflecting on the surface – every photo I took looked amazing. The room decor was simple yet upscale, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing fantastic natural light. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. There were lounge chairs by the pool, perfect for a delightful rest, so there was no need to brave crowded public pools; we enjoyed peaceful, romantic moments all to ourselves. This was by far the most satisfying room type of our entire trip – so relaxing and therapeutic, definitely a top choice for couples. Big shoutout to Lotus! 🪷

This Spanish courtyard is a godsend for insomniacs, offering a tranquil seaside retreat. The enclosed Spanish arched architecture effectively blocks out nighttime noise, while the soft, warm, vintage-style interior furnishings create a soothing atmosphere conducive to sleep. Even the low-light greenery in the courtyard at night is gentle on the eyes, making for a serene and peaceful environment. Harry, our butler, thoughtfully arranged calming walking routes and greeted us with gentle good mornings. He was always available to help with anything, keeping us away from the noisy main rooms. Wandering through the softly lit, plant-filled courtyard truly enhanced the quality of our sleep.

From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive and seamless. Our coconut 🥥 butler provided impeccable service, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing.
