Extremely bad stay, absolutely not recommended, unbelievably poor value for money. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had on any trip. It's completely overpriced at over 3,000 yuan, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. I strongly advise against anyone booking this hotel. Firstly, the price is severely inflated. For over 3,000 yuan a night, one would expect a high-quality accommodation experience. However, the actual facilities are worse than those of a basic budget hotel. There are no amenities or services typical of a high-end hotel. The pricing is completely unreasonable; it's a blatant rip-off. Secondly, the staff's service attitude was abysmal. They were cold and perfunctory throughout, impatient when asked questions, and completely lacked any service awareness. They made no effort to resolve issues. The overall experience was terrible, and I felt completely disrespected during my stay. Moreover, the hotel's surrounding area is very poor. The neighborhood is basic and messy, with no shopping districts or convenient facilities, making getting around very difficult. The biggest problem is that it's incredibly far from the subway station. It takes a long time to walk, and taxis often get stuck in traffic. This is extremely inconvenient for tourists exploring or on a tight schedule, making transportation a huge hassle. What's most outrageous is that the room didn't even have a private toilet – this is an unacceptable, basic issue. For a hotel costing over 3,000 yuan a night, failing to provide even a fundamental private bathroom is appalling. The facilities are primitive and incomplete, completely falling short of normal hotel standards. This is a severe case of misrepresentation and not getting what you paid for. Furthermore, the room didn't even offer free bottled water, and almost all basic in-room amenities were missing. High price, low-end amenities, and no thoughtful service whatsoever. The entire experience was frustrating and a complete bust. Overall, this hotel is expensive, has terrible service, is poorly located, has dismal amenities, and incomplete facilities. It's subpar in every aspect, with zero value for money. I genuinely advise everyone to avoid this pitfall; it's a shady hotel that you'll instantly regret booking.

The POD 51 hotel in New York has private toilets in the rooms, but the space is really small. Water easily splashes from the sink, so you have to be careful every time you wash your hands. There's a communal area with tables and chairs on the rooftop where you can relax, eat, and enjoy views of the surrounding high-rise buildings. The location is convenient.
