The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Grand Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. I was able to pop back to the hotel for a rest whenever I got tired from exploring New York these past few days. The room was also very spacious – really great!

Connected to Grand Central Terminal, right next to the Chrysler Building, and within walking distance to Fifth Avenue, Central Park, the Public Library, and the Empire State Building. Our twin room even had a small living area. Of course, it can't compare to a Grand Hyatt in China, as it's an older building that's decades old, but the great location makes up for it!

The Hyatt Grand Central New York is perfectly located right inside Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street in Midtown. The subway entrance is literally right outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. We also got a nice perk: a $15 daily voucher to spend at the Market Place shop next to the front desk for snacks. The room size was good, and we even had a city view. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location. Right next to summit one. Level 16 has the Hyatt club which u can access for free during the day. Morning can have free breakfast over there. And during the day can get free snack. It wasn’t told by the receptionist whatsoever. But I’m surprise they provide such free food and service at the heard of manhattan. Check in experience was poor. We arrived at 10pm. 3 ppl at the counters. But only one person working. We waited extreme long in the queue even tho we just the second at the queue. Aft we finished checked in. I saw 50 ppl at the back of our queue. Crazy!!! No check in staff during off peak hrs. Be careful if you are tend to arrive late for check in. Also the hotel price is not cheaper when we visit. But the free lounge access and location offset all the unsatisfactory.

The location is fantastic, making it convenient to get around everywhere. The hotel feels very secure too; the lobby security even asks to see your room card before you can enter. There are also plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby. The only downsides are that the bathroom is a bit small, and the glass top on the desk isn't very comfortable – I kept scraping my arm on it.
