Amazing hotel. Very good staff and service. They always greet you smiling. They upgraded us to Executive room for a small price. Fahad- thanks for all your help.
Breakfast spread is amazing. Everything is worth trying.

Enjoyed the hotel customer staff service by a senior Mr Samantha who helped to checkin.
Breakfast was good as usual and waitress are attentive.
Also Ms Watsathi - housekeeping supervisor making sure the junior staff did a good job on cleanliness.
For lagoon seafood restaurant, waiter failed on best hygiene practice on fresh oyster - fallen shaved ice been placed back to bowl . Hope it will never happened again. Both manager and supervisor came apologize and told that will remind waiter’s hygiene importance. They offer complimentary dessert & replacement oyster- declined politely and paid my bill in full.
Great to be back to this hotel as always for years. From the helpful bell man to hotel restaurants. Hotel is beside a small mall , to get tea fr Dilmah or at Supermarket or get medicure nails done etc.
Did my morning walk to Galle too. Thank you for good memories.

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were included, with dinner service running until 11 PM. The variety of dishes was extensive, and the food tasted superb. The service was also excellent. I really loved this hotel.

This was my second stay at Cinnamon Grand. My first experience was excellent. This time, I checked in late, and since the rooms in the usual section were full, I was assigned a room on the other side. The facilities there felt noticeably older, the hairdryer was broken, and the bathroom was smaller than in the other section. Furthermore, the cleanliness was poor – there were clumps of hair and a dead cockroach, and no slippers were provided. It felt like the two sections of the hotel had different standards for room upkeep. Since it was late when I checked in and I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to ask the hotel to change my room. If you're staying here, I recommend choosing a room accessed via the front desk entrance, rather than the one next to the pastry shop. I hope the hotel can improve the standards of these rooms.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. During check-in, there was a system issue, and I was initially assigned two double rooms. The staff member then had to check four different rooms to find a correct single room for me. I really appreciate their effort.
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the beach. However, it's quite a distance from the artificial harbor and the shopping mall, so it's best to take a tuk-tuk.

It's a nice hotel with close proximity to Galle Face and malls. The staff are excellent and polite. We could see the Lotus tower from our room. We enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed for a night after landing in Colombo. Hasini checked us in and was very friendly and welcoming; we were given all the information we would need during our stay. Large hotel with well kept rooms. Highlight of the stay had to be the breakfast buffet! The quantity and quality of options were amazing. Wish we had stayed another night so we could've enjoyed the buffet once more.
